At the helm of the business our director has over 25 years’ experience in quantity surveying and project management ranging from house alterations to multi-million dollar commercial project contracts. With a wealth of experience around estimating to full cost control, project financial reporting, certifying of contractor payments and progress payments, through to careful management of workmanship and negotiation of change variations, we have a lot of knowledge to offer. 

Having been involved with projects including the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron Extensions, the new AUT Arts Studio and renovation of B & C Blocks as well as multiple apartment blocks, our director has amassed a great reputation throughout the building industry resulting in his nomination for the NZIOB James Hardies Building Awards in 2001, and being a NZIOB Young Achiever Award Finalist in 2002.
